Pennsylvania Society Broadband Kickoff 2011
PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY WEEKEND
BROADBAND KICKOFF RECEPTION
When Pennsylvania cable systems gather on Times Square during the holiday season, it’s a party you can’t be left out of.
All
BCAP system members are invited to BCAP’s Annual Broadband Kickoff
Reception...launching a weekend of celebrating and networking that is the
Pennsylvania Society Weekend in New
York City! This
year, we’ll be at The Tonic Bar... 727 7th
Avenue (between 48th
& 49th) in Times Square.
The Pennsylvania Society Weekend is a century-old tradition that exists today for the same reason it always has – to gather state legislators and business leaders in The Big Apple every year to schmooze, network and indulge. BCAP represents the cable industry with a kickoff party right in the middle of Times Square...and, joining us is always a celebrity guest – which in recent years has included former Steelers great Franco Harris, Phillies all-star Jimmy Rollins, ESPN’s John Kruk and ABC News legend Sam Donaldson.
TONIC
is the newest and largest sports bar in Manhattan. Waves of rich colors define TONIC’s
three floors, which include 25 plasma TVs and billboard-size projection
screens. For our industry, this is a can’t-miss event that
uniquely matches representatives from Pennsylvania broadband cable systems,
network programmers and the excitement only found on Times Square during the
holiday season.
